- Fridays, 10:45am, Chair Yoga for Seniors with Nina Beatty. NO CLASS MARCH 13TH DUE TO WEATHER CANCELATIONS
- Saturdays, 8:30-9:45am, Vinyasa with Eliza Johnson and LIVE MUSIC with Kendyl Corey- Hawaiian slack key guitar and crystal singing bowls. NO CLASS MARCH 14TH DUE TO WEATHER CANCELATIONS
ALL CLASSES ARE DONATION-BASED AND DONATIONS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND CLASSES. NO SIGN-UP NEEDED. NO DONATIONS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. VENMO/CASH APPS, ETC IS OK & PREFERRED.

- There will be no classes this Friday & Saturday, March 13th & 14th. Classes canceled due to weather closures at the Sunset Beach Rec Center. Sorry for the inconvenience. Classes will resume Tuesday, March 17th, 2026.
